Our staff at the information counter will be pleased to attend to passengers' queries regarding airport and travel services. Though the Counter is manned at all times, in case of emergency passengers are advised to use the Hotline phones in the terminal building .

The Tourist Information Counter and the AHRIM Counter

The Mauritius Tourism Promotion Authority (MTPA) and the Association of Hotels and Restaurants of Mauritius (AHRIM) also operate information counters at Arrival. Passengers may book for accommodation, tours and get information on places of interest to visit.

Passengers may also make reservations for Small & Medium Hotels, villas, bungalows at the counter operated by L'Association des Hotels de Charme in the Tour Operators' hall.
