Public Notice – Beware of Fraudulent Websites Impersonating the TAIO Platform

Passengers and members of the public are hereby informed that fraudulent websites impersonating the official Travel All-In-One (TAIO) platform have been reported.

These scam websites closely mimic the look and functionality of the legitimate TAIO system with the intent to illicitly collect personal information from travellers. In some instances, these fake platforms also demand payment for services that are officially provided free of charge, including false claims of expedited processing.

The public is therefore strongly advised to exercise caution and ensure that they access the official TAIO platform only via the following government-secured website:

• The TAIO service is entirely free of charge.
• No payment or processing fee is required at any point.
• The Government of Mauritius does not endorse or operate any other TAIO website.

For your safety, do not share personal or travel information on any other platform, and immediately report any suspicious websites or activities to the relevant authorities.
